I don't update my news nearly often enough. Then again, I won't bet that this page is getting enough traffic to worry too much about it.

In the news, Cardan's Pod is now available for Amazon Kindle. I set the price well below the hard copy price, because I believe the lack of printing and mailing costs should translate to lower cost to the customer. If you don't own a Kindle, Amazon offers free Kindle apps for many other platforms, including a number of Smartphones, computers, etc. Look for them here. Conversions for other e-book readers will hopefully follow soon, as I'm looking at making it readable on the Nook and Sony readers, if possible.

Our Fiji trip in February was awesome. The resort and the diving were incredible, and the only real "bad" part of the trip was spending 10 hours crammed in coach seats on the flight to and from. Especially from. Having to leave paradise was hard enough, but knowing a long sit in an uncomfortable seat was ahead just made it worse.

Not incidentally, the Big Fish Encounter (aka Shark Dive) was fantastic. Scarback, the 14' Tiger Shark, came in for our encounter, and she passed close enough that I got to touch her. Video of the encounter, along with other footage of our Fiji dives, is up on my Youtube channel.

By the way, Scarback tried to nosh on our group leader's camera. Some great footage of the event is up on the The Dive Shop's page. Scroll down to the middle of the Fiji travel page to see it.

The Friday Fiction project is still ongoing, and you can find both excerpts from all my novels included, along with short stories posted for your reading consideration, on my blog, Pod Tales and Ponderings.  Excerpts from my eleventh novel, Precocious by Consent, are up on the blog, if you're interested in checking it out. While you're there, be sure to click over to each week's host and follow the Linky tool to the other submissions for each week.  There's some fun and entertaining - and even enlightening - writing showing up each week.

Speaking of links, I've added to the list, including fellow Christian author Sue Dent. Sue's Thirsting for Blood series also offers a twist in Christian fiction, so be sure to check her page for more information.

I'll try and remember to update the news more often. Hopefully, the web page redesign will happen soon, too.
